As manuscripts navigate through the careful scrutiny of expert reviewers and editorial decisions, BROAD prioritize clear communication with authors and unwavering adherence to ethical standards. Beyond acceptance, our commitment extends to seamless publication, indexing, and archiving, ensuring that the valuable contributions to knowledge are not only disseminated but also widely accessible.

Step 1: Manuscript Preparation

Authors prepare their manuscripts according to the journal's manuscript preparation guidelines, ensuring adherence to the double-blind format by removing any identifying information.

Step 2: Online Submission

Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system, providing required information such as author names, affiliations, abstract, and keywords.

In the event of technological disruptions or unforeseen circumstances, authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts to [email protected] directly, clearly stating the name of the journal they intend to publish with.

Step 3: Initial Manuscript Check

The editorial office conducts an initial check to ensure the submission complies with formatting guidelines, is within the scope of the journal, and meets basic ethical standards. It takes three working days to get an initial response from the managing editor as to whether the submitted manuscript will be sent to reviewers or not.

Step 4: Assignment of Manuscript ID

A unique manuscript ID is assigned to the submission to maintain anonymity throughout the review process.

Step 5: Peer Review Process

The manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer-review process, where it is sent to independent experts in the field who evaluate its quality, originality, methodology, and significance.

Step 6: Reviewer Recommendations

Reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommend acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection based on their evaluation.

Step 7: Editorial Decision

The editor, considering reviewer feedback, makes a decision on the manuscript. Authors are informed of the decision along with reviewer comments.

Step 8: Revision (if necessary)

If revisions are requested, authors revise the manuscript, addressing reviewer comments, and submit the revised version.

Step 9: Acceptance and Invoice

Upon acceptance, authors are confirmed about the acceptance of the paper along with an invoice for the publication fee. The fee amount and payment details are clearly communicated.

Step 10: Payment of Publication Fee

Authors make the necessary payment, ensuring compliance with the journal's payment policies.

Step 11: Acceptance Letter

Upon receiving payment from the authors, they are sent an acceptance letter and an official receipt of payment within three working days.

Step 12: Copyright and Licensing

Authors sign a copyright transfer agreement or license agreement, granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the work.

Step 13: Proofreading

Authors receive the galley proof for final review. It is crucial to carefully proofread the manuscript for any errors or formatting issues.

Step 14: Final Approval

Authors provide final approval for publication after reviewing and approving the proof.

Step 15: Online Publication

The manuscript is officially published online on the journal's platform, becoming immediately accessible to the public.

Step 16: Indexing and Archiving

The journal indexes the published article in relevant databases and repositories to enhance its visibility and accessibility. All the published papers are indexed and archived in Academia.edu, ARCHIVING™, CiteMe, CrossRef, DOAP, Google Scholar, OPEN, PubWeb®, ResearchGate, ScienceWide, and LinkScience.

Step 17: DOI and ARCHIVING® ID (AID) Assignment

A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and ARCHIVING® ID (AID) are assigned to the published article, providing a permanent link for citation and reference.

Step 18: Post-Publication Promotion

The journal may promote the published article through various channels, increasing its visibility and impact.

Step 19: Accessibility and Open Access Compliance

The published article remains open access, ensuring unrestricted access to readers worldwide.

Throughout this process, clear communication between the editorial team and authors is maintained, and the journal's policies and ethical standards are upheld.
